維多利亞酒店邀請來自北海道的米其林星廚-上村雄一(Yuichi Kamimura)抵台擔任客座主廚,於四月在la FESTA義大利餐廳推出限定饗宴,未來更將擔任la FESTA餐廳的餐飲顧問指導,同時慶祝維多利亞酒店十週年!

上村雄一所主持的餐廳位於北海道滑雪勝地,被喻為「雪地裡的米其林」,這次他將以擅長的Bistro style作為主軸,設計出融合日、法風格的全新限定菜色,將在4/13(四)- 4/17(一)限時帶來「北海道米其林星廚饗宴(Hokkaido Michelin Gastronomic Gala)」,老饕們千萬別錯過。
